Farsaris S.A. is a modern animal feed industry, based in the Industrial Area of Heraklion. Since 1962, three generations have held firm to the values of quality, transparency and responsibility towards the professional farmer.
The timeless course
The company 'Farsaris S.A. - Zoological Crete' is the evolution of the one-man business founded by Miliadis Farsaris in 1962.
The Beginning
The company started as a small 150 sq.m. animal feed craft in 62 Martyron Avenue
First Expansion
Company moved to proprietary premises in Yofyro with new storage silo and pellet complex.
Industrial Growth
Relocation to Industrial area of Heraklion in 16,000 sq.m. of privately owned premises.
Industrial Modernization
Completed 60 years of presence and extensive investment program, creating the most modern industrial animal feed plant in Crete.
